2005 South Pacific Contest Dunedin

The 2005 contest was a
small affair at the Dunedin with
only three teams competing; two from
Dunedin and one from Christchurch.
Nevertheless the teams were keen
and worked very hard generating quite
an intense and exciting environment
between them. Things on the technical
had been equally exciting! Early
problems with machine configuration
and other things which required the
authoring of extremely long and complex
command line instructions to rectify
had been overcome and Dunedin started
bang on time. After that it was easy
Team Better Than Optimal
(University of Otago) were the Dunedin
Site Champions and came 11th equal
in the region.
Team Bitwise (University of Canterbury)
came second locally and 27th equal
in the region.
Team 10th Time Lucky (University
of Otago) weren't and came third
locally and 27th equal in the region.
