"Simple Evolving Connectionist Systems: What they are, what they do, and
where I'm going with them"

This seminar describes a class of neural network known as the Simple
Evolving Connectionist System (SECoS). I will be covering the rationale behind the
Evolving Connectionist System (ECoS) paradigm from which SECoS are derived,
the specifics of SECoS, experiments in the isolated phoneme recognition
domain, and how I am planning on improving them in the future.
