A Novel Nonlinear Synapse Neuron Model

An ordinary neuron model is a nonlinear threshold element, some of which
construct a network modelling nonlinear input-output relationship. It can
easily come up to a local minimum, and thus exhibits poor designability.
In this talk, a novel nonlinear synapse neuron model is presented, which
can guarantee the global minimum.
