About the Group

The Systems Research Group is a small and enthusiastic group of academics at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. Our aim is to explore many aspects of distributed computing, computer networks, and embedded systems.

We study such diverse areas as high-performance computing, distributed shared memory, computer networks, power compumption in network systems, and embedded systems. We incorporate skills drawn from many areas of computer science including operating systems, computer and network hardware, systems analysis, data communications, and network protocols.
