Proceedings
The proceedings of the conference will be published in a special issue of The Annals of Combinatorics. Authors should send the full text of their papers to Michael Albert to arrive before 30 November 2008.
Submissions will be refereed in the usual way.
The special issue is not just for papers presented at the conference and other submissions on permutation patterns are welcomed.
