Please note that this system is unable to process accommodation or extras after registration has been paid for. We advise that you pay for everything at once, otherwise you will need to be invoiced separately for any later payments.

Full Conference Registration and Student Registration entitles admission to all technical sessions and includes a Satchel, Conference Proceedings, 1 Welcome Reception ticket, 1 Conference Dinner ticket, daily lunch, and morning and afternoon teas. Tutorials and workshops require additional registration fees.

The Workshop Registration entitles the attendees to attend a workshop session of their choice, lunch, morning and afternoon teas for that day, and course materials (if any).

The One Day Attendance Registration entitles admission to all technical sessions for the chosen day(s) and includes a Satchel, Conference Proceedings, lunch, and morning and afternoon teas for that day.

All registration fees are to be paid in New Zealand dollars. All fees and charges are inclusive of GST. Refer to for up-to-date exchange rates.

Online Registration (opens in September):

Fees can be paid by credit card through our secure web server using Visa or Mastercard.

Non-online Registration:

For non-online registration fees must be sent as a bank draft/cheque in NZD ONLY made payable to "The University of Otago". Fill out the online registration form, print it out and post it, along with the bank draft/cheque, to:

Payment must be postmarked before 11 October 2005 to qualify for Earlybird registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for refunds must be made in writing and received on or before Saturday, 19 November. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date.
Registrations cancelled:

  • on or before 21 October 2005, will incur a NZ$60 administrative charge;
  • between 22 October and 18 November 2005, will incur a NZ$150 administrative charge.
Refunds can only be made back to the same card the registration was paid from.
